How does billing work?
1 month: $19.99 today. Renews monthly at $19.99 until canceled. 3 months: $49.99 today. Renews every 3 months at $49.99 until canceled. 6 months: $79.99 today. Renews every 6 months at $79.99 until canceled. Cancel any time from your account in one step. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We email you 7 days before every renewal.
What will appear on my card statement?
Your card statement will show TRUTHCLUE.COM.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in and press "Cancel renewal" on your account page. Renewals stop right away and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. You can also send a "Cancel subscription" request with the form below.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of a charge and reviewed case by case. Send a "Refund request" below and tell us which charge it is about.
Why did my search expire?
A search you have not paid for is saved for 24 hours. After that you can start it again for free.
A record or post is about me. How do I get it removed?
Send a "Remove my information" request below.
Will the person I searched for be notified?
No. We don't contact the person you search for.
